| | | | | | | | Topex - Reading Systems | | | | | With the topCam Series, topex has extended its product line to High Speed Cameras.
Starting with standard handhold scanners and extending to High Speed Cameras that can read codes in motion. The new topCams are able to read 2D- and 1D-Codes of circuit boards, metal parts, labels, foils and plastic.
All topCams can be effortlessly integrated with the topex labeling systems and can support the scanning procedure of moving objects at a speed of 8 meters per second. To extend the simplicity of integrating and servicing, some topCam models are available with interface (RS232). This allows configurations to be run while operating and providing additional data. In order to evaluate data and configurations, an ergonomic and easy to use software is enclosed with the product. |  |

Due to Intermec having introduced four new printer models to the market, the very successful Easycoder 501 as well as F2/4 have been discontinued. In order to accommodate all applications, five different ports in the form of interfaces are available for optional installation. Interfaces for serial RS 232 and a USB connection (Standard), operating parallel (according to IEEE 1284), EasyLan-Ethernet-, EsayLan-Wireless- (802.11b), as well as two serial cards and I/O-industry-cards can be installed accordingly. On the basis of user-defined programs, PM4i (smart-client) can also establish connections to peripheral devices and therefore replace an external PC- or SPS- connection. Several emulations and an easy to use Compact-Flash-Slot will enable a fast integration and trouble-free adjustment of the device onto your existing systems. Therefore, PM4i is optimal for replacing outdated printers from Intermec or other manufacturing brands. |
